Hank's is committed to using the freshest local ingredients possible. Our food is cooked on wood fired grills and smokers. We use fresh high quality ingredients from BC! Because of this our menu changes constantly and is on black boards! What we can guarantee is that we always have tonnes of fresh seafood ranging from oysters, side stripe shrimp, crab, tuna, salmon, and cod as well as meats ranging from unique and regular cuts of pork and beef to elk, venison and wild boar!
For our vegetarian friends don't forget we get farm fresh ever changing produce weekly!
