Dustin Riley Memorial Soapbox Derby

The annual Dustin Riley Memorial Soap Box Derby is Ucluelet’s premier gravity racing event. Typically held in September, the race takes place on a transformed Bay Street, where local youth zoom down a closed-off hill in custom-built or DIY soap box cars.
