My journey started more than ten years ago when my mother passed away from colon cancer. That soul shaking experience really opened up my eyes to the relationship we all share with food, or lack thereof. I realized how many of us are disconnected to the very source that sustains us. Food has the power to heal your body, mind, and feed your soul. And we want to share this with you! The philosophy of a plant-based diet not only supports your physical well-being, but reduces environmental impact and protects animal welfare. My intention is to inspire others, so together we can build a healthier, happier, and more sustainable future. We offer online ordering, takeaway, and beautiful outdoor patio seating too!
